Create an event and tickets

1. Organizer

In Organize create your organizer (name, type, country, currency). Add the Solana wallet that receives and/or the payment link (for example Whop). Invite team members with roles: co-organizer, finance, gate, resolution.

2. Event

Create event: title, description (with Improve with AI to help with the text), category, in-person/online/hybrid, date and timezone, location or link, cover, language, refund policy. The AI button also helps you write the policy.

3. Tickets (batches)

Each batch has name, type (full, half…), price in your currency, quantity, max per order, sales window. Zero price = free. An event linked to a Club community can have batches for members only or for subscribers of a plan.

4. Publish

Publishing a paid event uses credits; each paid ticket issued also uses credits; free tickets are charged only above 100 registrations. The amounts are on the pricing page. Without balance, sales pause until you top up.

Crypto optional

In organizer Settings you can turn off crypto receiving and sell only through the link — the wallet stays saved.

One wallet (or one link) per event

Want to separate payments — lunch in one wallet, the talk in another, a Whop product for each event? In the event's Tickets tab, the This event's payment card accepts a Solana wallet and a payment link for just that event. Empty = uses the organizer's. Only the organizer owner can change where the money goes; orders already open keep the wallet they were created with.

After

Tabs Sales (orders by status, "already paid" to confirm, refund, cancel, incident, chat with buyer, export CSV), Gate (devices, attendance, list to print), Documents (when the badge requires it). Manage events, in your profile menu, lists all events you manage, across all organizers, with what's waiting for you.

Transfer the organizer

In organizer Settings, the owner can transfer the organizer to a co-organizer (and stays on the team as co). An organizer linked to a Club community follows the community owner.
