Refund and Cancellation Policy

Last updated: September 14, 2026 · version 1.0

This policy applies to Anyza Events tickets, paid events and subscriptions on Anyza Club, and any other payment made through the Anyza family directly to the seller or organizer. It is shown before every purchase and complements the Terms of Use.

1. The organizer is the seller

Price, ticket tiers, deadlines and conditions of each event, plan or product are set by the organizer (or community owner, or seller). Anyza is not a party to the sale: we provide the platform to create, publish, charge and manage; the purchase contract is between you and the organizer.

2. Anyza never receives or holds the money

When payment is made in crypto (USDC/USDT on the Solana network) or through the organizer's payment link, the money goes from your wallet or card straight to the organizer. Anyza does not receive it, does not hold it in custody and cannot move it. For that reason, any refund is the organizer's responsibility and is made by them.

3. The event's own policy

When an event allows refunds, requests must follow the deadline and conditions set by the organizer, shown on the event page and at checkout. If the organizer has not set a policy of their own, this general policy and the applicable law apply.

4. Cancellation by the organizer

If the organizer cancels the event, attendees are entitled to the treatment provided by the policy applicable to the event and by applicable law. Anyza notifies attendees by e-mail, marks the event as cancelled and gives the organizer, in their Sales area, the list of who must be refunded.

5. How refunds are made

A refund follows the method and conditions of the original transaction:

  • Crypto — a Solana transaction is irreversible. A refund is a new transfer, made by the organizer, to the originating wallet, in the same asset (USDC or USDT). Anyza records the refund when the organizer reports it.
  • Link or card — the refund is made through the payment service the organizer used (for example Whop), under that service's rules.

Network fees or payment-service fees may not be refundable.

6. Tickets already used

Tickets already used, validated at the door or checked in are normally not eligible for a refund, unless required by applicable law or by the event's specific conditions.

7. How to ask

For questions or refund requests, contact the organizer through the channels shown on the event page (community chat, e-mail or the organizer's link). If the organizer does not respond within a reasonable time, you can report it to Anyza: we can suspend the organizer and the event, but we cannot return money that never passed through us.

8. Consumer rights

Important: nothing in this policy limits rights that are mandatorily guaranteed to consumers by applicable law. An event's specific policy cannot reduce those rights either; where there is a conflict, the law of your country or region prevails.

9. Record of acceptance

By completing a paid purchase you confirm that you have read this policy and the event's policy. We keep the accepted version and the date, as evidence for both parties.
