Live showcase (store lives)

The live showcase lets a Business store sell live: you stream on your usual platform, and the video plays on your Anyza store page with a chat, a pinned product and super chat. Viewers can buy while they watch.

Who can use it

• To go live: active Business stores only. See Business account and featured listings.
• To watch: anyone, no account needed.
• To write in the chat or send a super chat: a signed-in account with a confirmed e-mail.

Where lives show up

• On the store page, with a countdown before it starts.
• On the Lives page (the Lives tile on the home page): stores on air now, then the lives scheduled for the next 7 days.
• On the region's home page, in Most watched live now: the 5 lives with the most viewers, whenever any store is on air.
• On the store's listing pages, in the Store live showcase box (live now or next live).

What it costs

• 100 credits per started hour on air, charged at the start of each hour.
• Scheduling is free, and a live that never starts isn't charged.
• With no balance for the next hour, the live ends on its own.

Schedule a live

1. Open Store dashboard → Live showcase, or tap Schedule live in My listings.
2. Under Schedule a live, fill in the blocks:
   • What goes on air: title, description (optional; Write with AI helps), and the Stream link. YouTube, Twitch, Kick and Facebook play inside your store page; other sites show a button to watch there.
   • When: start and end. Up to 12 hours per live. The screen shows the duration and the maximum cost.
   • Cover (with the time): upload a JPG, PNG or WebP up to 5 MB, or Suggest a cover with AI (free, up to 10 per day). The cover shows before the live starts and on the Lives page.
   • Accept super chat: turn it on or off and choose how viewers pay (see below).
3. Tap Schedule live. It appears under Scheduled and live.

You can have up to 10 lives scheduled at once, with no daily limit. Edit or Delete a scheduled live at any time before it starts.

During the live

• Pin a product: use Pin a product to the live… to show one of your active listings over the video as Featured product, with a Buy button. You can swap or remove it at any time.
• Live price: set a lower price for the pinned product while you are on air (Live price, then Apply; Remove discount to undo). Viewers see the Live price badge on the listing. If a buyer also has a coupon, the lower price wins.
• Extend the live by +30 min or +1 h, or End live.
• Moderate the chat: Hide message or Hide and mute someone. Only the store and its moderators can post links in the live chat.
• Super chats land in the Super chats tab, where you mark each one Answered. Window opens the queue in a separate window, handy on a second screen.

Changes to the pinned product and live price reach viewers within a few seconds, without reloading.

Live moderators

In Live moderators you can add up to 10 people by username. In your lives they can pin, swap or remove the featured product, set the live price and moderate the chat.

Super chat

Viewers highlight a message by paying. The bigger the amount, the longer it stays pinned on top and the stronger its colour. You choose one or both ways to receive:

• In credits: up to 5 amounts, from 10 to 100,000 credits. Viewers pay with purchased credits only (bonus credits don't count), and the credits go to your balance.
• In crypto: pick a currency and up to 5 amounts. Viewers pay in USDC or USDT through Anyza Pay, straight to your Solana wallet (each amount worth at least US$ 1). Choose the wallet from your Anyza Pay wallets (Manage wallets in Anyza Pay).

For viewers: tap Super chat, choose an amount or Other amount, write your message (up to 200 characters) and choose Pay with credits or Pay with crypto. A crypto super chat goes from US$ 1 to US$ 1,000, and the highlight costs you 1 credit. If you are short of credits, Buy credits opens a payment in crypto right there, and the live keeps playing.

After the live

Ended lives move to Ended, with the hours charged and the super chats received. See the chat shows what was written. Delete from list removes the live from your list; super chats and hours charged stay on record.

Reporting a live

Viewers can tap Report on a live. The report goes to Anyza moderation with the link and a snapshot of the chat and video at that moment. Moderation can end and block a live that breaks the rules.

Tips

• Schedule a few days ahead and share the store link: the countdown and cover show on your store and listings.
• Pin the product you are showing and give it a live price to turn viewers into buyers.
