Plan, storage and turning company mode on or off
How the plan, people limit, shared storage and trial work, and why the owner confirms by e-mail every time company mode is turned on, changed or turned off.
Turning company mode on, changing or turning it off
Company mode is set up by the Anyza team after you choose a plan. Every change is confirmed by the community owner, like a signature:
- The owner receives an e-mail (and a notification) with the details: plan, number of people, storage, end date or trial.
- The owner opens the link, signs in, ticks I confirm and taps the button.
- The change applies right away. Who confirmed, when and from where is recorded.
The link is valid for 7 days. If a new request is sent, the old one stops working.
When company mode is turned off, the community goes back to a normal Anyza Club community: it stays private, but it appears in discovery again (hidden communities are a company-mode feature). Everything that was posted stays.
People
Each plan has a number of people (Team 50, Business 250). The community settings show how many people are in it. If you pass the limit, talk to us to move to a larger plan.
Storage
Files and videos share the same space: 50 GB on Team and 250 GB on Business (another amount can be agreed). Watching videos has no limit. You can see what is used in the Files and Videos pages.
Trial
A free trial can be agreed with our team. During the trial the community works in full company mode until the end date. Before it ends, the owner gets a reminder by e-mail.
Prices and payment
Team is US$ 49/month and Business US$ 199/month; on the annual plan you get 2 months free. Questions about the contract or invoices: sales@anyza.net.
