Link a payment to a Club or Events service

When to use it

A member sent USDC to your wallet instead of using the subscription page. A buyer paid a ticket by sending crypto directly. The money is in Incoming, but the Club or Events does not know yet.

How

1. In Incoming, open the line and click Link to a service.
2. Pick what the money paid for — the list comes from your Club and Events: a subscription plan of a community you manage, a ticket batch of an event, or a pending order.
3. For a subscription, choose who paid (@user or name) and the subscription days. For a new ticket, choose who and the quantity. A pending order already has an owner.
4. Add a note if you want and click Apply.

The Club or Events applies it right away with its own rules: the days are added to the current subscription (someone who is not a member yet joins the community), or the order is marked paid and the tickets go to the buyer. The line in Incoming becomes identified, with the service name.

Good to know

• You see the comparison "arrived ≈ US$ … · the service costs US$ …" before applying.
• A line that is the payment of a charge cannot be linked — it already belongs to that charge.
• To undo, adjust it in the Club (subscriber days) or in Events (the order). Anyza Pay only records.
