Anyza Help (assistant)

On every Anyza site, there's a Help button in the corner of your screen. It opens an assistant that answers questions about Anyza based on this help center and live public data.

What you can ask about

• How to do something: buy a ticket, create a community, post an ad, top up credits.
• What's happening: "are there bitcoin events in Belo Horizonte in November?", "which communities talk about Solana?", "are there laptop ads in Brazil?".
• Inside a community: "in the Bitcoin group, what did they say about blockchain?" — it only finds what you can already read there.
• Your tickets, when you're logged in.

It doesn't answer questions outside Anyza (news, pricing, investment advice). When it doesn't know, it'll say so and point you to Contact Anyza.

How much it costs

The first 20 questions are free — for anyone with an account and anyone just visiting. After that, with an account, 1 credit unlocks 20 more (it's deducted automatically and the assistant will let you know). Visitors who go past 20 are invited to sign up.

What gets saved

Questions and answers are saved to improve the help center. Don't put your password, wallet recovery phrase, or card details in a conversation — Anyza never asks for that.
