The door: check-in by QR

Open the door

In Door, inside your event, create a device (for example "Entrance A") with a PIN. Open anyza.events/porta/<event> on the phone of whoever's manning the door: a logged-in team member goes straight in; someone without an account enters the PIN.

Scan

Point the camera at the QR code. Green = checked in; red = already used, invalid, or from another event. There's manual search by name for anyone who forgot their phone.

No internet

The app downloads the list beforehand and verifies the QR signature on the phone itself. Check-ins queue up and sync when internet comes back. Multiple phones at the same time work fine.

How many lanes

The Door tab suggests how many lanes (queues) you need based on capacity, so people don't pile up at the entrance.

Attendance list

Attendance list (print / PDF) and CSV are in the Door tab — your backup plan for when the door loses power or signal.
