Refunds and payment issues
Who gets refunds, what Anyza checks, what to do if something goes wrong.
Who gets refunds
Every payment goes straight to the seller (community owner, event organizer). Anyza doesn't receive, hold, or refund payments. Before you pay, you accept the refund policy, and the version you accepted is recorded in your order.
I paid but it didn't go through
- Wait a minute: network confirmation takes seconds, the screen checks every 5 s.
- I paid from an exchange: paste the transaction signature in the field on the screen.
- Wrong token or amount (sent SOL instead, or the rounded value): use Notify the owner / organizer on the payment screen and include the transaction. They confirm, refuse, or refund from their own wallet.
- External link (Whop): pay with the same email as your Anyza account; with Whop connected, it releases automatically. Otherwise, I've already paid and the person confirms.
Event cancelled
The organizer is responsible for refunds according to their policy. You'll get an email with that policy when the event is cancelled.
Report an issue
If the seller doesn't respond, use Report on the page. Anyza removes anyone who breaks the rules, but can't reverse a crypto transaction.
