Low balance, zero balance, and lockout

Paid features consume credits based on usage (per day, per post, per ticket…). The system warns you before they run out.

Warnings

• ~7 days and ~3 days of balance based on your average usage: warning in the bell icon and by email, plus a banner at the top of Market.
• Zero balance: paid features pause — Business store loses extras, the bot stops posting, ticket sales pause, communities drop from discovery. Nothing gets deleted.
• Lockout: negative balance beyond the limit locks your account until you recharge.

Get back on track

Recharge in Credits. Everything resumes automatically, no reconfiguring needed.

The statement shows consumption by day and by app. Filter by month or search by description ("bot", "highlight", "ticket").
