Charges and payments: paid, to review, refunded

For the person paying

Every charge shows a QR code, the exact amount (the last digits are a small tag that identifies this charge) and your wallet address. The person pays from their wallet by scanning the QR, or copies the address and amount. Paying from an exchange with no QR? They paste the transaction hash on the payment screen.

Anyza Pay checks the network: when the right token and amount arrive in your wallet, the charge becomes Paid and the site that asked for it (Club, Events, Market) unlocks on its own — even if the person closed the page. A charge stays open for a while and keeps being checked for 24 hours after it expires.

Only USDC or USDT on Solana. Sending over another network (Tron, Ethereum, BSC…) loses the money.

"To review"

If a different amount arrives for a charge, it goes to To review in Payments. Open it: you see what was asked and what arrived. Then:

• Confirm as paid — it was fine (for example, the person paid a bit more).
• Refund — send the money back from your own wallet and mark it, with the refund transaction if you have it.
• Cancel — without refunding (for example, a duplicate payment settled some other way).

Reopen as paid undoes a refund or cancellation. The History keeps every step, with notes.

Payments

Payments has tabs Paid, To review, Refunded / cancelled and Attempts (open or expired charges), with search by person, email, link, code or transaction, and dates.

Conversations

The person who paid can write to you from the payment page. Your reply shows up on that page and by email (if they left one). Everything is in Conversations.
